The exact scope of work, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are confirmed separately with the client, typically following an initial consultation.

2. Quotes and Estimates

• Quotes provided over phone, email, or via the Site are estimates based on the information available and may change once we review your full financial records or scope of work.
• Final pricing is confirmed in writing (via email or a signed engagement letter) before work begins.
• Quotes are valid for a limited period as specified at the time of issue, after which fees may be revised.

3. Scheduling and Engagement

• Consultations and service engagements are scheduled based on mutual availability.
• We aim to honour agreed timelines, but delays may occur due to incomplete records, delayed client responses, regulatory filing periods, or other factors beyond our control.
• Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate access to the financial documents and records needed to complete the engagement.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms (advance, milestone, retainer, or full payment) will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
• Any additional work outside the originally agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires client approval before proceeding.
• We reserve the right to pause or halt work if agreed payments are not made as per the confirmed schedule.

• We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information supplied by the client.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of financial statements, filings, and reports before submission to third parties or authorities.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete financial records, documents, and information in a timely manner.
• Informing us promptly of any changes to your business, accounts, or financial circumstances that may affect our services.
• Reviewing deliverables (reports, statements, filings) and raising questions or concerns within a reasonable time.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver accurate, high-quality financial services, Dark Oak shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, incomplete client records, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation or ongoing engagement. We appreciate advance notice where possible so we can accommodate other clients. Any cancellation terms specific to retainers or advance payments will be communicated at the time of engagement.

9. Website Use
